Technical Accounting Manager
- Apply U.S. GAAP, local/statutory accounting regulations and guidance to complex transactions
- Draft and maintain technical accounting memos
- Monitor and assess new accounting pronouncements
- Oversee the company’s lease accounting function
- Manage the lease subledger system
- Oversee the implementation and execution of transfer pricing strategy
- Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits
- Strengthen internal controls over technical accounting areas
- Support M&A projects
- Manage a team of up to 4 staff and senior accountants
Education and Experience
- 6–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience working for a multi-national company preferred.
- CPA required
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting accounting memos
