Primary Care Physician will be responsible for delivering broad-scope primary care services and coordinating comprehensive health care delivery for a panel of patients assigned to the Physician’s care.
Required Qualifications:
- Experienced in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Valid and current medical and DEA license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- A commitment to working collaboratively with the employee/patient to improve their health through behavior change methods supported and including but not limited to the Transtheoretical Model and Motivational Interviewing
- A commitment to continuously improve the health and wellness of each eligible member
- Good leadership skills and communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical records
- A spirit of collaboration and cooperation with a willingness to continually learn
