Established Registered Investment Advisor is hiring a Controller. This is a fund accounting heavy business environment and boutique firm. The Controller will fulfill a very hands-on function and operate the accounting function fully.
Seeking strong fund accounting experience, directly from fund administration or investment management organization(s), or with a niche financial services client base out of public accounting.
Will own all accounting as well as NAV calculations, investor reporting and oversee regulatory filings and compliance with FINRA & SEC requirements.
Desire 7-10+ years experience, CPA a plus and Series 27 a plus.
