Commercial Roofing Service Technician
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), TX
Compensation: $26–$30/hour (over time available) + Profit Sharing + Company Vehicle + 401(k) Match + Benefits
The Opportunity
A well-established commercial roofing contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth market is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician to join its growing service team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled roofing professional who knows how to diagnose problems—not just make repairs. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience across multiple commercial roofing systems and can confidently inspect roofs, identify the source of leaks and deficiencies, and recommend the appropriate solution.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive inspections of commercial roofing systems
- Diagnose and accurately identify leaks, damage, deterioration, and other roofing deficiencies
- Troubleshoot roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Complete commercial roof repairs and preventive maintenance
- Document roof conditions and findings clearly and accurately
- Follow established roofing and jobsite safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and project leadership
- Work across a variety of commercial roofing projects, including new construction, re-roofs, restoration, service, and repairs
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience servicing commercial roofing systems
- Strong knowledge of commercial roof inspection and leak-detection techniques
- Experience diagnosing roofing deficiencies and determining their root causes
- Working knowledge of BUR, modified bitumen, standing seam, and other commercial roofing systems
- Strong understanding of roofing safety practices and procedures
- Experience with preventive roof maintenance
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
Compensation & Benefits

$26–$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications
