A well-established Ohio-based building materials supplier, serving contractors across multiple states for over 70 years, is hiring a Sales Manager to lead its Cincinnati sales team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the outside sales team, setting goals and providing ongoing coaching
- Drive sales strategy and execution across the Cincinnati market
- Maintain and grow relationships with key builder, contractor, and architect accounts
- Partner with leadership on pricing, forecasting, and territory planning
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of sales staff
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of sales leadership experience in the building materials industry
- Proven track record managing and growing a sales team
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategy in a competitive market
