Outside Sales Representative – Tile & Stone| Cincinnati, OH
A well-established building materials company in the Cincinnati area is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow relationships with high-end residential and commercial builders, landscapers, and architects. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced stone and tile sales professional ready to step into a warm book of business and build on it.
What You'll Do
- Call on high-end residential and commercial builders, landscapers, and architects across the Cincinnati market
- Manage and grow an established book of business provided on day one
- Represent a full product line including limestone, porcelain, granite, sandstone, and manufactured stone
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities
What You Bring
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in stone and tile
- Established relationships with builders, landscapers, or architects in the region a plus
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven approach to sales
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Total compensation target: $100,000+
- Mileage reimbursement
- 401(k) with 4% match
- Full benefits package (eligible after 90 days)
