Position Title: Account Manager
Location: DMV (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia)
Experience: 4+ years of commercial flooring experience calling on property managers, GC’s, and end users
- Direct experience negotiating with buyout Project Managers & General Contractors
- CRM proficiency
- Proven ability to build new business and maintain existing relationships (hunter mentality)
- Not interested in epoxy, concrete, or resinous flooring backgrounds
Compensation: 75k-90k base (DOE) + bonuses + car allowance + cell phone + 3 weeks vacation + benefits (90 days)
