Overview
The chosen candidate will align group Med Ed initiatives, “own” the brand and focus on it’s and the client’s success.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Client Relations – Build and foster relationships throughout lifecycle of project and beyond.
- Leadership – provides direction, delegates, evaluations, hiring, and employee retention.
- Project Development -High quality Med Ed planning, support, and implementation.
- Marketing/Branding Development – All-encompassing brand “ownership” and knowledge.
- Financial Management – Budgeting, forecasting, and planning as well as maintain all client estimates, fees, and billing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years Med Ed experience; MBA is desirable.
Led or managed a team of at least 2 direct reports preferred.
Good working knowledge of pharmaceutical promotion and good understanding of scientific communications deliverables.
