Vice President of Business Development (Midstream)


Location: Houston, TX

This person will be responsible for enhancing new and existing asset profitability by maintaining existing customers, pursuing accretive deals and securing new business in various basins relative to company asset locations.

  • Manage existing customer relationships and contracts
  • Optimize current assets through new customer revenue or other accretive deal making
  • Explore ways to profitably deploy capital to service existing and potential customers
  • Plan, sell and contract new infrastructure development in target areas
  • Explore bolt-on M&A opportunities to optimize assets
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Oversee internal technical team for underwriting of new deals


  • Experienced Business Development executive in the Midstream space for water, gas or oil gathering in the L48
  • Demonstrate the ability to be commercial and get in front of customers as well as lead the whole deal and commercial process from start to finish
  • Must be capable of sourcing 8-figure M&A or bolt-on deals from start-to-finish
  • Has been lead or 2nd on negotiating M&A deals of at least $20MM CAPEX. Solid contract negotiation skills for Midstream M&A
