The Superintendent oversees on-site project management from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data center projects and be open to travel.
Candidates should excel at multitasking, managing time efficiently, and performing well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, all while maintaining a team-oriented approach. Responsibilities
- Contribute to pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
- Develop project schedules and weekly look-ahead plans.
- Collaborate with the project management team on budgeting.
- Oversee multiple projects or large, complex projects.
- Manage and coordinate field teams, including subcontractors and owner vendors.
- Ensure alignment between plans and specifications with architects and engineers.
- Uphold and promote a safety culture in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Foster teamwork and maintain open communication on the project site.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges and issues.
- Mentor and train field staff, supporting talent growth and development.
- Participate in interviews with potential clients.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing life sciences, lab, or clean room projects.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of field operations, including scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
- Dependable and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong background in construction trades and technical expertise.
- Proficient in scheduling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
