Position: Senior Director, Supply Chain & Logistics
Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (relocation considered)
About the Company: Our client is a growing, privately held manufacturer operating within the specialty food and ingredients space, with both domestic and international distribution. This is a confidential search.
Position Overview: This role will own end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, leading logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations at a key manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute supply chain and logistics strategies aligned with business growth
- Optimize warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations
- Build and lead high-performing logistics and warehouse teams
- Negotiate and manage supplier, carrier, and 3PL partnerships
- Champion technology adoption across supply chain functions
- Own and manage logistics P&L
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in supply chain/logistics, including 3+ years at a senior leadership level
- Background in food, beverage, or specialty ingredient manufacturing strongly preferred
