Title: Senior Operations Manager – CoMan & Supply Chain

Compensation: $90k – $110k base + benefits
We are partnered with a privately held, well established food company on a search for a Senior Operations Manager who will oversee operational execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, and production prioritization
- Manage co-manufacturing and third-party production partner relationships, including onboarding, capacity, quality, cost, and service expectations
- Partner with internal teams on volume planning, margin goals, customer requirements, and operational execution
- Identify and manage operational risks, cost drivers, service issues, and margin-impacting challenges
- Lead and develop a small operations team while creating clear processes, accountability, and scalable workflows
What They’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in foodservice, food manufacturing, or co-manufacturing environments
- Experience managing third-party production or contract manufacturing partners
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory control, and service-level management
- Financially sharp, with experience managing cost, margin, and operational trade-offs
- Comfortable leading a small team in a lean, fast-paced environment
