Bradsby Group has partnered with Real Estate Company to help them identify Sr. Accountant. Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Sr. Accountant will be responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations with an understanding of GAAP. Position offers variety and includes Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Property Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Treasury and Information Systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- CPA and/or MBA (or in progress) a plus
- 3+ years accounting experience; public accounting or real estate industry experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Compensation range is $75k to $80k annually + bonus and excellent benefits/PTO. Flexible hybrid/remote schedule.
