Position: Regional Manager – West (Food and Beverage Retail Sales)

Overview:
A well established branded food and beverage company is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales strategy and execution across the West region. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing broker relationships, driving growth, and expanding distribution across key grocery retail accounts.
Food and beverage retail sales experience within the CPG industry is required.
Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (HSD or GED required)
- 5 to 10+ years of regional sales experience within food and beverage, CPG, or packaged food
- Required: experience selling branded food and beverage products into retail grocery accounts
- Proven experience calling on major West Coast retailers including UNFI, Stater Bros, Smart and Final, Albertsons, Bashas, Food City, AJs Fine Foods, El Super, Vallarta, Cardenas, Northgate
- Strong broker management experience within the food and beverage retail channel
- Experience managing center store categories and driving category growth
- Background in branded packaged food sales required, no private label only experience
- Lead planning and alignment meetings with brokers and internal teams
- Spanish preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
