Project Manager (APM / PM I / PM II / Senior PM) – Power Delivery (Traveling)
Overview
We are seeking Project Managers (APM through Senior level) to support utility-scale power delivery infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission lines, and distribution systems.
These roles offer exposure to a diverse portfolio of utility, renewable, and industrial power projects with long-term backlog stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of power delivery projects (substation, transmission, distribution)
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents on field execution
- Oversee self-perform construction teams
- Manage subcontractors and vendors as needed
- Drive conflict resolution and maintain project momentum
- Ensure safety, quality, and execution standards
Qualifications
- 5–15+ years of project management experience
- Experience with high-voltage infrastructure required
- Background in substations, transmission, or distribution systems
- Experience with self-perform construction preferred
- Strong scheduling and financial ownership experience
- Civil scope exposure (earthwork, trenching, foundations) a plus
Travel & Schedule
- 100% travel
- Rotation: typically 21 days onsite / 5 days off (varies by project)
