Plant Process Engineer
Location: Pecos, TX
The Plant Process Engineer will support production and functions as part of the Process Engineering team – designing, implementing, controlling and optimizing continuous industrial and chemical processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years processing engineering, preferably in a chemical plant environment.
- Strong mathematical, reasoning, problem solving and an understanding of P&ID's and PFD's.
- Demonstrated knowledge of process safety management.
- Basic knowledge of Heat Material Balance, PFD, P&ID, Cause & Effect.
- Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving measures and improvement strategies.
- Knowledge of Lockout-Tagout process.
- Familiar with industry refining standards (API, ASME, EPA, ANSI, etc).
