Title: National Account Manager – Foodservice
Location: Remote | Travel 40–60%
Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 base + quarterly bonus + performance incentives
We are partnered with a premium specialty food manufacturer on a confidential search for a National Account Manager focused on growing revenue within the national restaurant chain segment.
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow a portfolio of national restaurant chain accounts (200+ unit operators) across premium and upscale market segments
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and large-scale product rollouts
- Leverage existing relationships to open doors and accelerate growth with key chain accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary and product teams to support menu integration and innovation initiatives
What They're Looking For:
- 5–7 years of foodservice sales experience with a focus on national chain accounts
- Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar account portfolios
- Existing relationships with national chain buyers or culinary decision-makers
- Familiarity with specialty or technically differentiated food products; culinary background a plus
- Comfortable with 40–60% travel
- Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling
