Role Overview
The Head of Operations will play a critical leadership role in building and scaling enterprise operations. This individual will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure the business operates smoothly as it expands across markets, teams, and business lines.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead company?wide operational functions and internal infrastructure
• Manage company accounts, vendors, and enterprise workflows
• Partner closely with the CEO on day?to?day execution and strategic priorities
• Build scalable systems to support growth, compliance, and cross?team coordination
• Support multi?business operations and ensure alignment across trading, engineering, legal, and commercial teams
• Improve internal processes related to onboarding, documentation, and operational efficiency
Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise or company?wide operations
• Strong preference for experience in the energy, power, or infrastructure space with exposure to trading environmentsa, market operations, and/or energy infrastructure, power development, or utiltiies
• Proven ability to operate in fast?paced, high?accountability environments
• Comfortable working closely with founders and executive leadership
• Experience supporting growth?stage or scaling organizations preferred
Compensation
• Base salary range: $150,000 – $250,000
• Performance?based bonus
• Equity potential for the right profile
