Job Description
This Finance Manager provides finance oversight and support for Corporate-level bonus and compensation programs. This includes various sales and commission reporting. In addition, the Finance Manager will support reporting and analytics for consolidated client, including monthly management/executive financial results packages, Executive reviews/presentations, and materials to provide the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reporting and analysis packages, utilizing TM1 ERP
- Prepare various executive financial review packages and presentations supporting CFO
- Provide financial input to Board of Directors packages
- Responsible for total level consolidated financial analysis/overview as needed
- Auditing various financial data and files
- Liaising with various VPs and members of the Sales organization, building a partnership
- Monthly and ongoing review and maintenance of various compensation reporting impacting Corporate bonus accruals
- Continuous maintaining of confidential compensation information
- Oversight of various compensation programs to provide financial impact analysis and recommendations, as needed, on program structure
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
6 – 10 years financial analysis experience, including advanced financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint/presentation skills
