Senior Manager or Director of Development- depending on experience
Project Lead for selection, permitting and execution of US projects.
- Lead all project development and project acquisition for focused ISOs and territories
- Manage all due diligence for acquisitions solar and storage acquisitions from third party developers.
- Manage greenfield strategy and execution for all projects in territories.
- Manage the project development process through to financing or development asset sale by ensuring “clean” finance ready projects.
- Function as project lead during the development cycle.
- Manage project investments by the parent company as the lead presenter to the Investment Committee
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of energy project development experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong financial understanding and skills
- Deep understanding of real estate matters and complexities
