Director of Operations

The Role: The Director of Operations will oversee and manage all aspects of operations for the company’s natural gas processing and other associated assets. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, asset optimization, and overall efficiency of field and plant operations. The Director will play a critical role in driving safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness while supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum 8+ years of experience in natural gas midstream plant operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Strong knowledge and working experience with natural gas compression, processing plants, and transportation systems.
· In-depth understanding of regulatory and environmental compliance in the midstream industry.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large operational teams.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
