They are looking for a highly motivated financial professional and demonstrated change agent with a solid background in accounting and manufacturing finance, business partnership and leading and mentoring personnel. - CPA required
- Knowledge of SEC regulations
- Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting functions
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements
- Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Oversee regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
- Monitor and analyze inventory reporting and ensure accuracy of inventory valuation
- Provide support to department managers for costing analysis, including labor, material cost, and overhead
- Salary up to $160K + $25K bonus based on company and personal performance
