Tech client in Wyncote, PA is looking for a Controller.
– CPA required
– 8-17 years' total experience
– Understand all the ins and outs of technical accounting
– M&A experience is desired
– Responsible for the implementation of robust internal controls, monitoring compliance, and for the maintenance of adequate documentation.
– Ensures that all monthly account reconciliations are performed accurately, completely, and on-time.
– Responsible for managing 1 direct report and 4 indirect reports.
– Manages the audit process and serves as the Audit Leader.
– Works with tax accountants on tax preparation and planning.
– Implements process and procedural improvements to optimize the workflow within the department.
– Expected to advise immediately of any errors, irregularities or significant adjustments or journal entries as they occur.
– Responsible for all treasury functions, cash flow management, forecasting, bank reporting.
– Salary is up to $140K + 10% target bonus
