Client Service Director

Your Primary Role:

  • Provide high?level strategic and marketing insight combined with leadership of accounts teams, ensuring operational effectiveness.
  • Lead/direct client relationships, ensuring company business goals are met and that existing business is fostered and grown.
  • Identify and win new business.

  • Work with senior colleagues on business development
  • Proactively identify, secure, lead and direct new business opportunities

FINANCIAL

  • Ensure best practice financial management across clients and accounts: forecasting, phasing, and delivery of account plans.
  • Maximizing revenue, delivery of account targets.
  • Drive and maintain productivity levels
