The Account Supervisor is expected to build and foster lasting client relationships while managing digital projects and campaigns, collaborating with internal departments, and setting the standard for your team's success.
What you should expect:
- Manage the day-to-day business of the accounts, budgeting, and deadlines.
- Be ready to share your unique ideas and solutions.
- Work closely with other departments on all project related deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely reporting.
- Maintain a high standard of professional and effective communication.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years agency or comparable outside experience
- Knowledge in digital marketing, social media, mobile apps, websites, and online advertising
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- 2+ years of experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Virtual Onboarding -Remote Position- HQ Tri-state area
