The Washington Post recently posted a very informative article on choosing the right recruiter. We couldn’t agree more with many of their observations: build a thorough and networked LinkedIn profile, be honest with your recruiter on all of your career goals, and keep the lines of communication open with your recruiter.

Recruiter Search
While we’re thrilled by the economic recovery and the rise in business, we do expect to see some ups and downs in the coming months. (The volatile stock market certainly demonstrated these variances over the past two weeks.) But with the good news out today reflecting falling unemployment numbers across the county, we have faith in the continued success of our current and future clients and anticipate a busy year.
